Perfected Allegation: Obstruction of Sixteen (16) Whistleblower Investigations: August 2010 to July 2018
The perfected allegations in this section follow closely the findings in the six federal audits discussed above. The sixteen (16) cases examined reveal specific instances that offer clear and convincing evidence OSHA and WBPP managers knowingly corrupted the investigative process to privilege, if not protect, corporate officers and preferred others from accountability for violations of federal laws, rules, and regulations. These violations inevitably created specific and substantial threats to the safety and health of the American people, which invited complaints by private-sector whistleblowers. The summaries of the sixteen WBPP cases below demonstrate the breadth WBPP coverage, as well as offering details about the systemic corruption of the WBPP left out of the six federal audits discussed above.
